Wörthersee Gravel Race

The Kneipp Academy is the largest massage training center in Carinthia. During the Wörthersee Gravel Race weekend, masseurs and therapists will be available to participants before and after the races in Gralf’s Expo. A massage can be stimulating or calming, depending on the speed and depth of the strokes. It can therefore wake a person up and prepare them for a sporting activity – or help them to relax. Massage is the ideal complement to any sport. It increases muscle strength and flexibility and prevents muscle soreness.
