Our rules on the course
To ensure that the Wörthersee Gravel Race is a safe and unforgettable experience for everyone involved, we kindly ask you to follow the rules below. These apply both during course inspections (training rides) and during the race itself.
During course inspections
Course inspections and training rides may only be conducted counterclockwise.
Please ride with particular care and consideration when passing through residential areas and agricultural properties.
Attention: Always expect local traffic, including residents, children at play, and agricultural vehicles.
Please respect local residents: no littering and no shortcutting across meadows or private property.
During the race
The road traffic regulations apply on the entire course (keep right, overtake on the left, ride within your line of sight).
Despite partial road closures, you must always expect public traffic or emergency vehicles on the course. Please ride attentively and be ready to brake at any time.
In one section of the course, there will be a partial closure (motor vehicles on one side and cyclists on the other). Crossing the center line is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

It is the responsibility of each participant to be familiar with the course and to have inspected it in advance, including being aware of potential hazards.
Waste may only be disposed of in the designated and clearly marked feed zones. Any violation will result in disqualification.
